ANTIHELMINTIC 
VETERINARY USE                          

ORAL SOLUTION. ANTIHELMÍNTIC  FOR PARASITE CONTROL GASTROINTESTINAL, LUNG AND KIDNEY.

FORMULA:
Each g contains:  
Fenbendazol 40 mg
Excipient q.s. 1 g

NDICATIONS:

Swine: It is indicated for prevention and therapy of: Oesophagostomum sp., Ascaris suum, Hyostrongylus rubidus, Metastrongylus sp., Trichuris suis, Stephanurus dentatus (kidney worm).

Birds: It is indicated for prevention and therapy of Ascaridia sp, Heterakis sp.  and Capillaria sp.           
DOSE AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION

SWINE  
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY COLECTIVE THERAPY

1 envelope 12.5 g for each 100 kg body weight

(3 g for each 25 kg body weight)

Mixed in feed

5 mg for 1 kg  body weight

(2.5 kg per ton of feed)

In case of Stephanurus dentatus, increase douse to double (10 mg per kg body weight)

Mixed in feed.

Note: It is recommended a 5 day therapy consecutive at 500 g per Ton. of feed.

In birds:

These doses are considered average and will be used and/or repeated according with case severity under veterinary supervision.

WARNINGS:

- This product should not be used 7 days before slaughter of animals intended for human consumption.

- Keep in a dark and fresh place for storing.

MEDICAL  PRESCRIPTION IS NECESSARY FOR SALE 

After administration of FEBECUR 4%® at recommended dose and under different diets, a low absorption is detected, but a fenbendazol recycle and four metabolites in blood and plasma. This benzimidazol is biotransformed in the body to oxfendazol sulfoxide and sulfote, powerful metabolites. Absorption is better with low content of green pasture-humid.

Effect obtained with FEBECUR 4%® reaches 10 to 15 days after administration of a 7.5 – 10 mg/kg dose and for efficacy it is necessary to to keep sustained absorption for the longest possible time from GI tube. FEBECUR 4%® is a highly efficient antiparasitic against lung and round worms, as well as larvary phases. Its efficacy in swine is against Oesophagostomum sp., Ascaris Suum, Hyastrongylus rubidus, metastrongylus sp., trichuris sius, stephanurus dentatus (kidney worm).

In birds it is indicated for therapy of: Heterakis sp. Capillaria sp, Syngamus trachea y Ascaridia sp.
