PROCESS-BASED APPROACH

We have a process structure in all our areas, which allow planning all our activities towards to the same goal: satisfaction of our customers. Our staff is highly competent to carry out activities that each process requires; we have a constant training for our personal.The development and support processes are continually verified by inspections and performance indicators, establishing measures to ensure conformity of the product as an indicator does not meet the planned results.

 
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Our system of quality management is constantly audited, identifying any improvements that will help increase customer satisfaction in a timely manner to correct any deviation. We have a deviation detection mechanism, which aims to detect any breach, it is classified, we analyze the root causes that originated such failure with stakeholders and sets out actions to eliminate the causes of nonconformities in to correct and / or prevent the origin of such non-compliance.
